FRIED BELLPEPPERS

I really like fried vegetables but i can't eat them,because of health and weight problems,but this recipe contents a little bit of oil ,so you can eat it without problem..
INGREDIENTS
300 gr.bellpepper
3 tomatoes
1-2 tbs.of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt
Cut the peppers ,put them in a frypan and saute for nearly 5 minutes,after the peppers fried add tomatoes and garlics and salt.Shut the cover of pan and cook them 15-20 minutes in a low heat.That's all..Easy and quick,you can try it just we're in summer time ..

I like peppers grilled or fried like you said but I too try not to eat too many fried foods.
