In the summer,when the days are very hot and long usually i want to eat light foods.This is my favoruite recipe for summer.Light ,delicious and easy....
300 gr.chicken meat
2 piece of sliced bread
2 clove of garlic
salt and spices-pepper,thyme..-
2 teaspoon of baking soda
3 tbs.of olive oil
Put all meat,onion,garlic and bread into a slicer.After mix all of them,add the other materials.Shape -how do you want- them and fry on a frypan 3-4 minutes for each side.
