CHICKEN KEBABChicken is always my favoruite food but not for my husband. So i always try to make different kind of chicken..
I made this kebab by thinking of traditinol Turkish kebab Iskender..But this was lighter thanİskender because of chicken meat..
If you want to cook a delicious and an easy meal try this recipe..
INGREDIENTS
-300 gr.chicken meat (frozen)
-salt,pepper,thyme
-1 spoon butter
-yoghurt
-pita bread
-tomoto sauce(or two tomotoes, grate them and cook with a spoon of olive oil and salt)
DIRECTIONS
Cut the frozen meat with a sharp knife like a leaf.Melt butter in a fryingpan and add the chicken in it.pour on salt and pepper.Fry them about 10 minutes or until chicken cooked.
Cut the bread little pieces and fry them with a bit of butter.Take them in a service plate ,put the chicken on the bread pieces.Add the tomoto sauce and yoghurt..

Dearest Suheyla, I hope that you do this only account of me :) I love your food anyway :)
I think that you're off to a very good start here. The directions and ingredients are simple and easy to follow.
A couple of questions - do you not let the meat thaw before you use it?
Also what is the Turkish bebab Iskender? That sounds interesting. Maybe you can post about that some time.
Looking forward to visit your visiting your site again.
